Income verification PAYG Employees

• Last 3 payslips for each applicant +
• Most recent group certificate OR

• Family allowance confirmation (if applicable)

Income verification Self Employed Applicants

• Last 2 years’ personal tax returns and ATO assessment notices
• Last 2 years’ company tax returns and ATO assessment notices (if applicable)

All Applicants Identification

• Copy of Passport or Birth Certificate
• Drivers’ License
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Purchases

• Full copy of the Section 32 from the agent
• Contract of sale signed by you and the vendor
• Current mortgage statement (if applicable)
• Annual council rates notice for current home (if applicable)
• Savings account statements covering the previous 6 months
• Letter from parents confirming gift is not refundable in any way (if applicable)

Refinances

• Annual council rates notice
• Last 6 months’ mortgage statements
• Last 6 months’ personal loan or credit card statements if these facilities are being refinanced
